2005 Civic interior door cover

Hello

It was freezing this morning and the soft material in my 2005 Civic came apart and pealed down, looks like the glue from factory came apart.

Is there a special glue for this? Soft material to hard plastic, or is this assembled and I need to order a whole panel?

Went be dealer, they us 3m 77 adhesive spray, $ 11.00 can
