1999 civic h22 swap start up help!!

Okay so I have 1999 honda civic dx that has an h22a1 swap in it. My problem all started when my ecu wire got kicked and threw my car into limp mode. I got the limp mode to go away but then I had a cel code 21 for v-tec spool solenoid valve. I figured it was just something that came loose on my harness so I messed with it again and was able to get the cel to go away and my car was running 100% normal again. I went home and turned my car off. 10 min later I came back and it wouldn't turn on. I have changed my fuel filter and spark plugs. I am getting fuel but not spark. So I figured it was my dizzy. I opened my dizzy there was no oil in it or no apparent damage. I took a test light and tested my ignition coil, it was getting power to it so I figured I needed a new rotar and cap. Replaced those and still nothing. I have no idea what to do next. Could it be a relay, is there a fuse that causes dizzy to work or could I need a whole new dizzy? Any advice or Info would be appreciated because this is very irritating. Thanks
