knock/clunk noise? Bad motor mount?

Ok so when I'm driving and making a right turn, as soon as I touch the gas pedal I hear a loud knock coming from the front end of my car. Happens almost every time on right turns. Left turns nothing happens. While driving straight occasional repeated small knocks can be heard when driving over small bumps in the road.

Motor mount?

I would check the left CV joint.

Replacing the whole axle assembly is rather cheap and easy

i would say no.....

a noise when making a right turn normally means a problem in the front LEFT wheel area, have that area inspected, it could be a number of things....C/V joint, ball joints, tie rod end, just to name a few

Check the axles. Probably a bad outer joint.
