i bought a pioneer deh 2400ub deck and bought a harness adapter. there are two wires on the factory adapter that dont have wires on the deck wiring (orange illumination dash lights & blue power antenna) and a blue and white wire on the deck (system remote control). Im knew to this and it is my first install. Just wondering where I would hook these up? Thanks

ok i found out to cap off the orange wire. and the blue and white is for an amp. but where do i put the blue wire and also there are 2 black ground wires and one is larger than the other. do i hook them together or do i hook them to separate grounds? i dont think they are llong enough to even hook to a ground

You can hook the 2 grounds together. Power att can go to ignition if there is no wire on the hu. That way it's hot when you turn your key on.

I thinks it's only if you have a power attn that pops out when the radio is turned on. Is it a factory wire? What year civic is it?
