Hi, am new to civic forums. In fact, this is my first post. I love my 1999 civic EX, did so many DIYs since I got it couple of months ago.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM:
- I changed the front left door actuator recently (it wasn't functioning before). The Doors locks/unlocks properly now, except when this weird behavior happens. Doors doesn't lock when dome light is on, I must wait 15~2 seconds for it to turn off then Doors function normally.

This case happens only when dome light is on because ignition was on then was turned off (In other words, when i drive somewhere and park. I cannot lock the car until dome light is off).
