Double check the bulb, inspect the socket.
Tough to say where junction would be right off hand.
You could tie into the problem side with a new section of jumper wire. (Brake = WHT/BLK) If you did not already know.
And then... run it across the back and tie into the wht/blk on the working side. Or go forward with new jumper and do the same tapping into the high mount wiring.
I suggest soldering connections made.
