If you want true satellite radio you need a tuner to install in your car and hook it up to a receiver unit. I got a alpine head unit that was the new radio and satellite receiver in the dash( came with tuner that was installed). Saves me from having hanging wires. Or you could do a xm power connect which sucks IMO(staticy) They also have aux which i don't know good that works.

No Im still running my honda factory, but I have the civic yellow top optima battery under the hood with dual 0 Gage (power and ground) running to the trunk with a second full size red optima in the trunk. Nice setup but pain in the *** to run the dual 0 Gage. The last time we tested I was at a 144.7 db that's without second battery and 9 volt line driver. New custom spl box being made and trying to hit 148 to 150 db

Pretty much what buddy said but if you don't wanna spend the money then run the power to your cig liter atenna on the roof and the signal cord to your aux if don't have one then tune it to your radio but it will sound like ***.
