Power door lock problem.

Power door lock problem.
My drivers side rear power door lock stopped working a few days ago. I figured it was the actuator so I went and got a new one and put it on. I checked the signal voltage at the pigtail in the door and I am getting one volt or less. I checked the voltage at the multiplex control and got the same thing. I don't know if this is voltage it is supposed to have. My three other doors work just fine. I check the fuse and they are fine. Is there a relay or something else that could have wed bad? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Josh
