Need Info on engine/trans/rear disc brake swap 2004 ex

I'm fairly new at the major workings on swaps. I want to drop a K20 and 6spd trans in my 2004 ex. right now its a auto 1.7 with the only mods done are to the intake( short ram cold air from AEM ). Ive search through the threads and haven really seen much for my particular model so if anyone can help or knows of a link to a thread it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know what all is needed in tools and parts to make this go smooth as possible.

I've been doing body work on mine and recently finished my own hood made from the stock. ( Ill Post soon ) so if any questions about body and interior , just ask.
Thanks.

what first comes to mind is the wideband o2 sensor, but all else should be similar to the other 7th gen civics (exeption to the US SI and Canadian SiR - already K20)

What specifically do you want to know, the motor is around $6000, the transmission $2000 and the other parts need for the swap around $3000. Labor since it's an auto-to-manual as well will be around another $3000.

@MindBender: I want to convert my 1.7l to a K20.... auto to a manual trans... and if at all possible maybe use a spoon engine. so far Ive had no luck in locating one.

Thanks for the input.
