installing a slip differential

I am looking to put a limited slip differential in my 98 civic, the car is automatic and I have read that most slip differentials require a manual tranmission, is there anyone who could point me in the direction of one that will fit an automatic honda civic? I found a decent one on ebay but upon emailing the seller he was only able to tell me it should fit an automatic but they had never tried it before.

We've mostly stopped responding to pointless questions except for the lulz

And there isnt a lot of 6th gen support on this forum

I doubt anyone could be arsed to put a LSD in their vics (especially an ebay one), but you shud let us know how it turns out

Re: installing a slip differential

how is it a pointless question to ask if a part will fit into a car depending on whether its automatic or manual?
