I've heard alot of people saying turboing a ep3 is a bad idea. I hear stuff like engines being blown. i know if you switch to lower compression pistons that it might help but is all the trouble really worth a turbo? or is it safer to go the supercharger route. i know they aren't as fast but have better torque behind the wheeel. help pleasee?

turbo will be safe as long as:

1. you get a quality turbo system
2. get a GOOD TUNE (most important)
3. dont boot TOO much. 5-8psi is on the safe side.

its all about the tune....doesn't matter if you supercharge it or turbo it... if the tune is no good or you it will blow... just my opinion

thanks duds. if i were to get a supercharger wouldn't that be better for race course like situation and a turbo would be better for dragging? i guess i'm just undecided which way to go.
