Can anyone tell me how to remove my steering wheel?
I have a 1999 Civic DX. There is a really bad kinda crackling noise in my steering column, right behind the steering wheel. It sounds like broken plastic or something.
SO I want to take off the wheel, but I have no clue how! Any ideas??
