Exhaust pipe dimensions for 1998 HB DX

Exhaust pipe dimensions for 1998 HB DX
My measurements of the stock piping obtained by wrapping measuring tape around the outside of the piping in multiple areas are as follows:
Circumference = 14.00 cm (5.50 in), therefore:
diameter = 4.56 cm (1.75 in)
I was looking for an axle back exhaust for my car but all the aftermarket diameters are over 1.75 inches. If I were to buy a catback exhaust in order to keep the same pipe diameter throughout, what would be a good diameter? Nothing has been added to the car but may add a short ram or cold air intake.
