Tuning

I'm looking for something to tune my turbo and I can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know what I could use to tune a Garret t3/t04e turbo on a D17 engine?

Re: Tuning

You need higher output injectors.. The injector rate depends on what your goals are. You may also wanna get a higher output fuel pump (I.e. Walbro 255lph). As for engine management, k-pro.. But you need a donor rsx ecu + the 1175 for the k-pro.

You should read my massive post on this thread (post #6)

I was thinking of going 6-8psi, and I am ordering injectors soon. Do you have a personal preference ?

Re: Tuning

oh mother bitch.. I forgot to click "post quick reply" before i closed the tab.. bah.. lol

RSX-S injectors work for low-ish boost levels. I'm not sure how high of boost you can go, but a tuner may be able to tell you.. It bumps the injection rate from 215 to 310cc/min (or something like that). I hear SRT-4 injectors work well, too.. I'm not sure what the flowrate on those are. Dezod.com also sells Deatschwerks 480 and 525cc/min injectors.

Re: Tuning

Year make model and what modifications done thus far might help me with this one. Engine controls fuel injector size all important too.
