FS: philips XP bulbs H4
i have a set of slightly USED philips XP H4 bulbs for 01-03 civic and most older models. i would guess maybe 10 hrs of use, almost new. they normally go for almost $40 new, im looking to get $15 shipped for the pair. They are the brightest legal bulb you can buy and much whiter than oem, without any ricer blue coating. lasts about as long as an oem bulb.
