98 Civic LX wont start

98 Civic LX wont start
I bought a 98 honda civic lx about a week ago there were ten codes
i can only remember these ones
cyl 1 2 3 4 misfire
random misfire
wait to start lamp
turbine speed something(but there is no turbo in car)
trans sys cont malfunction
It would start and run fine but idle low
I went and put new s plugs in it and cleaned rotor and distributor cap and new ignition wire set and now it wont start it just keeps turning over and over.
We've tested the coil and ignition module and those are both good
What should i do.
