YES YES...I DID A F#CKING SEARCH SO DROP IT...AND YES I LOOKED AT GREYS DIY THREAD.....

But this is the problem...I can not take off this button soooo....I am not able to take apart that whole Mirror Concole to change the colors to blue....and well since this little button can be pushed down and be locked.....somewhat like a ball point pen...I know there is a spring behind it....and well if I pop it off...will it break...and for one....I can't pop it off.....When I pulled the concole apart..the button was keeping this whole thing from comming apart....cuz the little button does not slide thru nicely....So please..will someone give me some advice...if you have done this b4....thanx....

sorry i couldnt help, never seen that thing before so thats y i was so lost when u asked. LOL ive NEVER seen this its killin me....heated side mirrors whoa

if nothin else goto Honda and be like "HEY!!! what the heck man!!! d@mn button wont come off"

NOO LE-WAY AT ALL...cuz well the button is to big to be pulled out...cuz there is no clearance...it needs to be pulled forward...but well it wont come off....It is hooked on somehow..cuz well this button can be pushed on...and stay stuck like a ball point pen....and then pushed in again to be turned off....

THIS IS THE CRUISE CONTROL BUTTON BUT THE SMALL MIRROR HEAT BUTTON IS THE SAME CONSEPT....

Well I think I may have f#cked it up..cuz well I got that crap apart...but well it is not gonna go back together...thats all I can say....can someone help me find a lay out or diagram of this little part..so I know how it goes backtoghther now

Yea i was stumped when Asianpride asked me bout the button, cause i dont have it, its on a Canadian model i believe LX-G i THINK is correct.....my EX have no heater button....bummer.....though i live in the south and its hot as hell here jesus!!

As I read this thread and all the reply's... I kept asking myself... WHY WOULD SOMEONE WANT TO GET RID OF HEATED MIRRORS? IN CANADA?!!!!!! Hell... I live in Sunny Southern California... but it gets cold here in the winter... not as cold as there... but cold. I wouldn't mind telling my buddies... 'yeah... I've got heated mirrors too' Comon... keep it.
