LOWERing problem!!!!!!
Hey guys, I just lowered my car with H&R springs. I noticed that my passenger side is a bit higher than my driver side. I measured about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference between both sides. Anyone have this happen to them before. I'll give it a week to settle in abit more and hopefully it levels out equally. Any ideas in what would make this happen?
hey.. i have thesame problem... my car is lowered with NEUSPEED RACE springs and my passenger side is like .25 inch higher than driver side...
its been like that for about 1.5 month.. i dunno.. still thesame.. umm.... but if a passenger sits in front or back.. it all evens out.. i dunno.. i went to ask if this is normall they said.. many civics (2k1) has those problems.. but.. i'll just leave it alone cuz.. its not much of a dif.. just knowing kills me the most cuz i paid install.. and if they didnt do it properly.. then..

Yeah, the bump stops wouldn't cause it to sit crooked.
How much have you driven your car since the install? Have you moved it at all?
Maybe the springs were made to where the drivers side is a bit higher than the passenger side and things even out when the driver sits in the car? And you just put the wrong springs on the wrong side of the car... lol, I don't know.

All the springs that I have on are all the same size. Do you think that if I take the rear passenger spring and switch it with the drivers side would it even out a little bit? Oh yeah, where are the bump stops located?
I got eibach sportline springs and a few people have said it looks lop-sided but i don't see it. Most peopel say it is even. Maybe they are just ****-eyed. No offense to those of you who are ****-eyed.
i follow the red arrows....
Yep for the struts that's it.
Item 16 is the bump stop for the rear shock.
Item 8 in this drawing is the bump stop for the front strut.
