LOWERing problem!!!!!!

Hey guys, I just lowered my car with H&R springs. I noticed that my passenger side is a bit higher than my driver side. I measured about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference between both sides. Anyone have this happen to them before. I'll give it a week to settle in abit more and hopefully it levels out equally. Any ideas in what would make this happen?

Dont you have to cut some of the rubber stops off? If so maybe you didnt get both sides even i.e. you took too much off one side.... but I dont know so just my 0.02

What rubber stops. Everything fit in perfectly. If you have to cut the rubber, what part and how much?

He is talking about the rubber bump stops. You have to trim them so when your car is lowered it won't bottom out(on certain applications) They are on the end of your shock

The bump stops are to be cut back about an inch. But the stops don't come into play unless your springs and shocks bottom out. The stops do nothing when the car is just sitting.

Yeah, the bump stops wouldn't cause it to sit crooked.
How much have you driven your car since the install? Have you moved it at all?
Maybe the springs were made to where the drivers side is a bit higher than the passenger side and things even out when the driver sits in the car? And you just put the wrong springs on the wrong side of the car... lol, I don't know.

All the springs that I have on are all the same size. Do you think that if I take the rear passenger spring and switch it with the drivers side would it even out a little bit? Oh yeah, where are the bump stops located?

I got eibach sportline springs and a few people have said it looks lop-sided but i don't see it. Most peopel say it is even. Maybe they are just ****-eyed. No offense to those of you who are ****-eyed.

Yep for the struts that's it.

Item 16 is the bump stop for the rear shock.

Item 8 in this drawing is the bump stop for the front strut.
