purchasing 1999 civic lx

Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie and am seeking your thoughts.I am close to purchasing a '99 civic LX with 150K miles.Price is $4K.
It looks to be in great shape.Newer tires, new battery, new catalytic converter, very clean interior & exterior, cold air conditioner (a must in the Carolinas),no leaks, new distributor & tuneup.
Do you think the price is right or is it too high? Thanks in advance.
