Anyone install fuel pressure meter???

Anyone install fuel pressure meter???

Has anyone installed one of these, and if so since we have non-fuel return system does that make a diiference with anything?

i think if you have an electric fuel pressure guage,you just cut the fuel line and put the sender between the line.

The purpose of a fuel pressure gauge is to monitor the amount of fuel going to your injectors. The reasoning being that rate and pressure affect total volume. If the pressure suddenly drops, then that is a huge indicator that you are running really lean to your injectors. This is a pretty important add on when you do serious work like adding a turbo.

For safety, I would recoommend an electric gauge. It simply goes between the fuel rail and fuel pump. The sender should be mounted in the engine compartment. So if fuel leaks out, it has somewhere to go. Then you can mount the gauge anywhere in the car.
