2003 Civic Si HB. Got the yellow fogs, you've all seen 'em. I don't have a template, everyone seems to say just go for it. I was looking at the instructions at handa-accessories, and am curious as to whether the cut onto the actual bumber cover is neccessary. Doesn't look to me like it would serve any purpose and wouldn't actually be covered. Any help?

try it w/o cutting the bumper.. see if it fits.. if not cut it... more info on ur ep3 is available on ephatch.com
