I went to get an oil change on the way home at Jiffy Lube (don't have access to a garage right now) and they were saying I needed a fuel system cleaning because of oil in my TB. Now, it has been a while since I looked at the inside of a TB, but I'm, pretty sure there shouldn't be any oil in there. Is there a way I can just do this cleaning myself with something like Sea Foam or even a TB Cleaner? I was looking through the DIY forum and didn't really see too much on engine maintenance, unless I wasn't looking in the right place.

My second question, does anyone know what fuse controls the license plate lights? Mine have not been working a while now and I can't seem to find the fuse and I've already tried replacing the bulbs.
