O2 Sensors

Hey all just a quick question. I need new O2 sensors I am pulling a code P0135 if I remember correctly. Its a problem internally with the heater in the sensor anyway my question is the stealership is looking for 200 a sensor. I am going to just get bosch sensors from autozone think my car will run any different? I usually like to stick OEM but $400 dollars for two sensors is crazy. Anyone know where I can get OEM ones for cheaper?
Edit: Who makes OEM O2 sensors Denso? Think I should go with them instead of Bosch?

My car is an 2004 seems like the newer years are getting raped with the O2 sensors..I guess it wouldnt worth trying older O2 sensors since I risk my car running like **** right?
