99 motor swap into a 94

YES I AM A NEWBE..

I was needing to know if I can take the motor from a 99 ex and put it in a 94 ex? If so do I need the whole wiring harn or just computer?

you might need a obdII harness. i believe the 99 was obdII and 94 was obdI
