Seatbelt in Civic Locking Up

Seatbelt in Civic Locking Up I have a 2004 Civic LX which has a problem with the passenger seatbelt. After fastening it, it locks up and won't let the person in that seat do anything other than unfastening, and putting the seat belt back on.
Is there anything I can do to not make it do that, like the drivers seat? Undoing it while driving every 20 minutes is not fun.

You should contact customer service at Honda, This is a safety issue. They may cover the replacement of the belt. They are supposed to be lifetime warr coverage (the system cannot be serviced)
