2nd gear getting off

2nd gear getting off
Here's my problem...
it happens some times, not always... usually it is when my engine is at normal temp.
I get into 2nd gear and I give some gas to accelerate. If I just remove my foot from the gas pedal (without clutching) the 2nd gear will get out by itself !
I'm at 28 000 km, 1 year car... What could it be ?

Rep Power: 0 i had the same problem @10,000 miles . there is a bushing thats worn out. take it to the dealer and he can fix it under warrenty. its about a 1 hour job . no problem. after the repair i'm 11,000 miles later and it hasn't returned.
