A few days ago, I got a new windshield replaced on my 2003 LX at a local shop. After that, I heard some new air noise from the top of windshied, which I couldn't hear before the job. The noise was louder when I was driving on a freeway over 60mph speed. The guy who did the job tested if any leakage around the sealing but couldn't find any problem with it. He insisted that the air noise wasn't caused by the new windshield installment and refused to do any further work for reducing air noise! I have no choice but to go to a dealer shop to identify what causes the new air noise.
Is there any chance that new molding causes that noise? Is there anyone who experienced this kind of problem after the new windshield installment?
