I have a 2008 Honda Civic EX Sedan (not si). I want to add Fog Lights and Interior Illumination (OEM) to it. Has anyone been able to do this without modifying any of the connectors?

I know it says it's not possible on the 2 dr's, but i dont see anything about the sedans.

I spoke to my Honda Tech and Parts Manager about this exact issue. They looked it up and confirmed that both the Interior Illumination Kit and Fog Light Kit can be installed on the sedan, but not on the coupe.

I plan on having both installed in the near future, after a Bluetooth kit installed.

I have a 08 4 door EXL I had the fog lights installed the parts guy told me the inside lights were a waste of money, also I was driving on PCH the other night and it was really foggy all I can say is that the dealer installed fog lights did very little to help.

I think fog lights are made to finish the look of the car than being really helpful when you have a foggy night...
I think fog lights look great on cars

those oem fog lights are a joke. it barely lights up more than two inches in front of the car. i ended up going aftermarket and now they shine 25 ft in front of the car. they are brighter than some peoples low beams lol.

What are the best non OEM fog lights then for the 08 Civic EX Sedan...that are a clean fit? Also, what are the best HIDs for same car? Thx!

prolly check 8thcivic.com for that. alot of those guys have done hid and theres a huge forum just for that and retrofits. ebay fogs fit fine, and are cheap, but you have to rewire it yourself cause the harness they come with sucks and doesnt fit the oem plugs.

i just bought my 2008 honda civic ex. it doesnt come with fogs, so i had it in the deal where the dealer will install them for free along with the rear spoiler.
