Electrical Guru's Please Help, Dashlights Blow Fuse

Hey everyone,

Ok, I'm at my extent on trying to fix this problem myself

My three issues:

-When you turn the headlight switch to the middle setting (for the dashlights) it blows a 15 amp fuse under the hood everytime

-Washer motor does not work

Wipers do not intermittently work in the 'low' setting, only in the 'high' setting but do not return back to the bottom of the window when you turn them off

Steps I've Taken to Check:

- When doing a visual inspection I found a bare area on both wires leading to the washer motor

-11.4 Volts go to the washer motor when you pull the wiper switch to spray mode

Now are all these circuts somehow connected to each other?

I was reading my OEM repair manual and it led me to believe that it could be the fuse panel under the dash that needs to be replaced due to the relays that it contains?

Update:

Blown dash light fuses were caused by a short in the drivers side A pillar wiring

The washer pump was just gone

The wipers only working in HI were because the wiper motor was gone and it was getting a signal from another digital source
