does my 7th gen make a loud vibrating noise(front passenger side). some friends tell its the axle others say bushings....i did some research on this forum and read a similar issue involving bushings but may no be the same problem... it even vibrates when i idle at a stop...any fedback will be appreciated..thx

i "had" the same problem...

ill bet you dont have stock suspension.

i had some cheap coilovers, bought Ground controls and some Tokicio.

Its all good nothing is going to fall off.

i always thought it was the "sleeve" of the coilover.

yep when i got the "new" ground controls and tokicos...

never happend again. **** was LOUD though

PS: do your coilovers "pop" and what brand are they?

the same right front side makes a poping sound on hard right turns...they are teins.
also what site did u get your control guards & tokicos from.

yup they were installed wrong...

dont know how to fix it eather sorry.

i had some crappy $100 coilovers and just threw them away.

got the GC's directally from Eibach and the Tokico on Ebay.

i have not looked into that. its hard to check my with a lowered civic and no jack/stands. also 02BLkCIVIC are u suggesting a buy a whole new set of coilovers? can i just have my car guy take that one front side of and try to reinstall correctly or is it already ruined?

its the type R grill^

personally id recomend getting a whole new set of coilovers. (just because thats what i did)

also if you taking it to the same shop, the problem could be the installer from the get go...

maybe try a new shop...

well the rain has died down here in cali. so the vibrating is gone for now. but i still get the popping sounds on right turns...im saving up for the new si so i aint trying to by those new coiovers unless its really necessary u said nothings gonna fall off... i guess ill just crank up the radio from now on...


BTW/.... you know your honda **** pretty well man & that pic is old i bouhgt a new diffrent grill just to lazy to install it............

nope nothing will fall off, nothing will break...

it "might" get louder

your struts "may" take a beating...

but youll be fine. just ride it out.
