My windows doesnt work..

(1993 Honda Civic LX) Mr rear left window dosent work.. they arent automatic.. and when i twist the handle nothing happens.. but if i use my hand i can pull the window down/up.. whats wrong with it????

check to make sure the window is still attached to the window regulator with the two 10mm bolts...if it is you need a window regulator...you can get them for about 20 bucks at a junkyard or possibly ebay

I had the same problem with my sisters corolla. It came out the tracks on the side, and jammed the lower sissor mechnism. I dunno if its the same setup on your civic, but if you get the panel off, you'll be able to wiggle it around and get it right. Have some grease with you as well.
