reaplacing front wheel bearings

reaplacing front wheel bearings
hey guys, i have a '96 civic si and it needs the front wheel bearings done. Just a few questions...if i buy a new hub assembly is the bearing already pressed in ? and i dont have to worry about alignment issues after do i ? and any other tips or tricks that could help me out i would appreciate it.
