See the suspension FAQ for what is available. The upper mount comes off in 3 seconds if you have an air gun. It comes off in 1 minute without it. I've never seen a shop that lazy.
I'd go with the Teins.

he's saying that you can use your stock upper mounts. The new tein basics come with spring seats 01-03 top mounts and 04-05 top mounts. The megans are nice because of the damper adjustment. if you can get them at the same price get the megans.
if you dont care about damper just get the cheapest out of the two.

ground control with koni yellow shocks
fulling adjustable with ride height and damping
the teins dont have the damping adjustment until u get to the tein SS.
and the GC's/koni setup is just as good in quality IMO
