Hey guys.

Ok I already have one problem for the past 4 months but i just cant save up for paying the labor for changing the in shaft bearings of the clutch. I need a new clutch for sure and i thought I would do all of it together.

Now the problem since this week is that when i start driving one first gear my car kinda hesitates a bit while taking off. On second gear, Im feeling that its taking a bit longer to hit 60mph and i feel like theres some kind of congestion with in the engine. On THIRD GEAR As soon as i engage third gear theres this NASTY GRINDING NOISE .... If I shift normaly at high RPM its nasty as hell .. the cars next to me can hear it ... Now if i take my time and change to 3rd gear in like 3 seconds (gradually go to neutral and then to 3rd) at LOW RPM ... the grinding thing doesnt happen. Now this is very irritating coz whule driving normally it makes this loud *** grinding noise and i have to slow down in traffic or on the highway and take my time to switch to 3rd gear

Does anyone know what it might be ?

Sounds bad. Rev second and jump to 4th in the mean time.

^good point. i'm sorry, but i don't know enough about MT's to actually help here. i saw a thread with someone having a similar problem earlier today. might try following that to see what people say there. good luck, man.
