I'm not even sure if this noise is from my suspension but anyway, my car is lowered with aftermarket coilovers reusing factory top hats. It's been almost 2 years and just started hearing a single loud pop or click noise when i backup slowly and turn the steering wheel (ususally to the right). I thought maybe the top hats aren't aligned properly but wouldn't it create the sound from the beginning? I'm puzzled as to what else could cause that noise. The tie rod ends seem to be fine, i didn't see them being ripped or broken. I tried to spray white lithium grease everywhere, but didn't do anything. Any help?
