700 bucks for an emanage tune is robbery, and there's really no such thing as a safe basemap, basemaps blow engines.

yea, the only local dyno wants $700 to tune once i install my turbo, and its 45min away too, so i have to drive 45 with charge piping unhooked, spend the gas, the 700 to tune, then boost back, more gas.... will sum1 give me how they have thier setting on emanage so i can set it up the same or similar...?

Every engine is different, and will respond differently. But I see where your going with the basemap, a basemap should be okay to drive there under boost, as long as your not driving agressive. But you know, whats the point of installing a turbo if your worried about fuel economy?
