$170+SH+200 to paint + 30 sidemarkers = $400+
30 sidemarkers + 40$ pro install = alot cheaper
Hey I got a template you can print out if you gimme your email. Just follow the guide posted. But you dont really need a nibbler, if you're good with a dremel you can use that and various bits to cut and sand the hole.
This is my hole using only a dremel. I'm no pro, just took my time.
(That discolored area is where the paint got burned cause I didn't let the fender cool down enough as I was cutting)

btw, a sheet metal nibbler is like 10 bucks at radioshack- it makes your life a hell of a lot easier- just finish it up with the dremel if u want smooth edges. And dremels are so LOUD on our cars body's!!
I just burnt my tongue

well all i know is the many sidemarkers i've done the easiest way is not with a sheet metal nibbler, but with a dremel and if you have access to an air compressor a rotary cutter/digrinder...i have the template so if u look in my sig and email me i can send it to u...i needa replace my fenders anyways so im gonna just get the password jdm ones

it is a very tedious project. just dont make sudden movements, search, and oh yeah... use some good masking tape to protect the surrounding paint. it saved a nice lil scratch i might of had!
