05 Civic cold start grind.

Has anyone else had a problem like this? It almost sounds like the starter isnt disengaging the flywheel fast enough. I made a video of it. Anyone know how to fix it? The service department was less then helpfull, I even brought in my camera and showed them the video. It only happens when it sits for awhile (+6hrs) and its cold out (below 20F). Its been happening to me every morning before work, and every night after work.

That sounds like the starter not disengaging when the motor catches, or the anti-kickback clutch in there is releasing some of the way but not all the way definitely something in the starter though, might want to think about replacing it.
