scratched the hell out of my bumper; what would you do

i have neuspeed race springs which drop the car way to low do be a daily driver; anyways i was parking and went to far, BAM; hit a cement and sharp rock sidewalk. now i got deep lines going across the passanger side of the bumper in a 8" width area. the scratches are low but very visable and i also tore my plastic shield under and behind the bumper.
my question is should i just go with an OEM bumper and let my inshurance deal with it <will they>, or should i go with an aftermarket and spent $700 on gettin it and paintin it.

i don't recommend going to insurance, since u'll be paying it your self in the long run, a aftermarket bumper seems like a good idea, or look around marketplace and see anyone one is selling their oem bumper
