does anybody know wher i can find instruction how to install a short shifter on my 03 civic ex. or link

First remove the console. If Revo SS, then it is a replacement unit. Unbolt shifter and remove cables as per the installation instructions, then install and replace console. If adapter, then install as per instructions.
