wiring up to fusebox

ok i suck at this electric stuff.. so i just need a quick answer.. i want to run wires from my battery to my 400w battery to household power converter.. i havent the faintest idea how to fuse it or attach to fusebox.. or what type fuse is needed

i want for it to only turn on when the car is on..

A 400W inverter plugs into the cig lighter. If you want you can always hard wire it into the back of the cig lighter which runs on acc.
