Keyless with key in ignition?? Possible???

I would REALLY like to be able to lock and unlock my car with the keyless while the car is running....I sappose this is a dead end question but does any one know how to accomplish this??


Preferably without buying remote start....

disconnect the ACC lead to the brain after the keyless unit is programmed.

that should "force" keyless to always work. even on the freeway at 60 mph.

to my knowledge in the drivers side underdash. I didnt realize you were talking about the factory keyless. I haven't seen a pinout for that system, So I dont know if its that simple. But if it uses ACC as a "turn off" lead so to speak, you can definitely simply cut it.

try to find a pinout.

Would mine be in the same spot as http://www.handaaccessories.com/civic/05keyless.pdf? How would I find which wire is the acc. wire? Voltmeter/power tester?

I'd try what this guy suggested. you can use a multimeter to determine if you do have ACC on the wireharness if you can not find a pinout online.
