Well, i did a little detective work today...my rear right speaker always rattled...but i didnt know why exactly...soo...today when i got home from work i did an experiment.
I put on a bassy song, cranked the bass on my stereo, and opened the trunk and climbed in...i noticed that...if i push on the speaker...the rattle stops, or if i push up on the area surrounding it, it does, its only the right one...its almost like, its not in tight, or something...i only have to put a little pressure on it to stop...how can i tighten it, or make it stop all together another way, without having to take out my back seats to access the rear deck?
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

hhmmmm...i was just thinkin...to make it more understandable...when i push on the speaker...im looking up...towards it...aka from behind the speaker...and i push on the magnetic part and i push in an upward way...or if hold the speaker in place tighter with my hand...or push on the area surrounding the spaker it sounds nice and clear...thanks

That happens when woofers go bad, the "basket" rattles at high bass or volume levels. I think it's either a bad voice coil or something in the retraction of the woofer.

hmmm then how come when i hold the speaker in place it doesnt do it...and it sounds crystal clear?
Could it be that the speaker just isnt in tight enough or something?
Or is it def the woofer?
