Exhaust problem.

Exhaust problem.
So when driving when the car hits about 4k RPM a whistle sound starts coming from the exhaust and when it gets higher it steps up its tone and continues. I cant figure it out and its ****ing killing me. You cant hear it when you rev it from the engine but when you go behind the car you can hear it.
