well id rather drive a 5spd and besides when i do the k swap i have to convert it anyway. id rather be a decent 5spd driver rather than f*ck up my k series tranny or clutch from just not being good at it.
^ just search...there is many threads about this already.

you won't need all of that. There's a thread that is stickied in the swap/force induction forum that states what you will really need, but that is a good start right there.

I did auto-> manual swap when I broke one of the sun gears in my auto tranny, I got all the parts for the auto-> manual swap for just a little over 1k and I did the work myself.
Some of the parts off the top of my head I remember you need are.
Manual tranny (of course)
Manual tranny sub frame
Shifter assembly and linkage
Transmission mount(The auto’s have different mount than manuals )
Master and slave cylinders
Clutch pedal
Manual brake pedal
Clutch fluid reservoir
All hard and soft clutch lines
Manual half-shafts/axles
Manual ecu
Manual starter motor
Engine wire harness
Dash wire harness (You don’t need this but to start your car you either need to wire up a push button starter or hook up clutch position sensor otherwise car won’t start with just the key)
All the random nuts and bolts to bolt everything in.
There may be more but that is all I could think of right now.
Also after you get the swap done you have to take your car to Honda to get them to reflash the immobilizer to your new ecu. Your car won’t start with the manual ecu until you get it reflashed.
Personally I would just wait and do the k swap and manual swap at same time so you don’t have to waste money on 2 tranny's. Because unless you can get the d-series tranny for less than $200 it would be better to mess up the k series clutch and swap in an aftermarket one later down the road.
