wierd noise at low rpms

wierd noise at low rpms
ive noticed as i speed up, about 1300 rpms, i get this loud screeching noise in my car, i got under there and cant find what it is, last thing i can think of is an exhaust leak or a loose bolt somewhere and that being the roughest vibration point.....its not to loud, but its getting on my nerves
its coming from the passenger side btw.....
