DC2 ITR caliper assemblies (black brackets + red calipers = ghetto Honda F1 style) and KVR carbon fiber pads up front, with modified bolt-pattern KVR 92 'lude application (11.1") slotted rotors, very similar to Boilermaker1's setup. Wish I could have gotten a setup with larger rotors but I have to drive this car in the winter, and this setup still fits 15" OEM rims, and the stopping power is still faboo, so I'm happy.

1.7EL's came stock with rear disc brakes, which I also upgraded with KVR slotted rotors and CF brake pads. They're freakin tiny so I don't often take pics, this is the best shot I have:

kingchile: why does it look like there's a huge stripe around your rotor? ... are your pads installed correctly? ... or is there something between the pad and rotor?

big rotors can actually increase your braking distance, depending on your setup.
