i am having trouble getting my civic to turn on. recently someone tried stealing it by breaking the ignition lock assembly off the column. so i went to the dealer and bought a new one and installed it. now the proble is that the car will not start, period. the dash lights(engine, oil, blah blah) wont turn on and when i crank the key nothing happens. the only thing that works is the "ding ding" noise telling you taht the door is open. i connected everything back to where it should be going and still no luck whatsoever. is there maybe a reset button somewhere or something i might need to do for the thing to start.
