Ok so I got my emanage installed using the P&P harness. I followed the diy install links for jumper and rotary settings. My car seems to idle fine and start fine but being an EX i cannot for the life of me get VTEC to work

Do I have to do anything over and above just plugging the harness in to get vtec working??

Im not boosted yet and the car drives fine in the bottom end but anything after like 4k rpm and it seems like it doesnt want to be up that high and i want to get this problem taken care of before i turbo

Here is my settings that I have right now..everything is zero'd out running stock injectors..but the VTEC option on the support tool is ghosted out and I cant get it to work???

i think if you go through the turbo FAQ there is a few posts that might send you towards the right wire....good luck

under settings there should be a place to check or uncheck whats available

i've read the turbo faq...they all talk about splicing vtec wires but none of them refer to having the P&P harness and if you still need to splice them or not??

im also getting no throttle position % reading...could this be the problem?

select auxilary output setting. that should let you open up the vtec crap.

You need to calibrate throttle to get readings.

You may also want to try 4/8/C

i had it set at 4/8/c but i will try that again

i was just going to take it to my tuner and drop it in his lap but i will try to get it working right before i take it to him
